Lily LaBeau, a masseuse for a hotel's spa, is talking with a friend on the phone. It is revealed that Lily is expecting an important new client: Katrina Colt, a well-known travel reporter who will likely write a review of the hotel. As Lily continues to talk on the phone, it is revealed that Katrina has high standards and has seen it all, so Lily is a little nervous - if Lily gives a disappointing massage, Katrina could give the hotel a bad review! But Lily has an idea for a special massage that should be new to Katrina. A moment after Lily ends the call, Katrina enters. Lily is pleasantly surprised to discover that Katrina is actually very nice. Katrina looks curious when she notices a bolster on the massage table. Lily explains that the bolster will raise up Katrina's rear so that area can get extra attention during the massage. Katrina is impressed, saying that her backside really COULD use some extra attention after the long flight.
